Even poorer quality now...
I went to Harvey's West end Edmonton recently as I received a gift card. I had gone there years ago and then, it seemed okay, if not a lot better than now.
To make a long story short, the hot dog I ordered had one strip of bacon, a slice of folded processed cheese in it, unmelted, with a hot dog burnt on the outside and not well cooked on the inside. The bun was hard and burnt the outside. The onion rings were one third burnt and the others hard and greasy. I had ordered a coffee but noticed the coffee pot was empty.
They simply put grounds in a cup of hot water, stirred it around and filtered it and added some cream. It was way too thick. I couldn't finish the meal and will never go there again. I should have returned the disgusting thing but I guess I am too polite.
For comparison, the hot dog I ordered years ago, different ownership, had a soft bun, well cooked hot dog, lot's of well cooked bacon and melted cheese on top.
Not sure what they are thinking. I guess they wish to kill their own business.

Bun was burnt & fries were cold & overdone. Like they were warmed up.
Very disappointed when I opened the bag.
Staff were not busy, just standing around. I think the Staff should be retrained

I have been unable to log in to the Harvey's app for two months now, and my $20 in gift cards have been lost on the app. Harvey's customer service claims that they have escalated this issue to the district manager, but I have not heard anything since. Case number 169****.
Preferred solution: Issue my gift cards for $20.

If you put any less meat in the burger it would be a veggie burger. Shame because it was once the best but now one of the worst. The meat was so thin and dry.Wife said this is the last time we go to Harveys.
The junior burger meat was thinner then the cheese, and tasteless.
Harvey's should charge more money to put a normal size meat patty in their junior burgers if they want people to come back. It is shameful how wafer thin the burger meat is now. We will not buy again.

It is difficult, or impossible to change the pickup locations on the App. To find the Specials you have to go through a long process that seldom works!!!

I finally had to break down and complain about the Wasaga Beach Harvey location. My wife and I have given this location several chances but unfortunately, it is the way they run their food service.
Every time we order our burgers, they are never served hot and neither is the bun. We also had french fries and poutine fries, which were never hot. They prepare all their burgers ahead of time and then just heat them up slightly for serving. I have sent food back and advised the staff endlessly.
One time they even comped my Angus burger, and still, it was just warm. They don't seem to understand that all we want is hot, fresh food. I'm tired of complaining every time we eat at this location. With that said, we will no longer be eating at this location because nothing has changed.
I even heard other customers ask each other if their burger was hot. Please try and get through to this franchise owner.
Dirt in my food ???
My name is Joshua, I was at 509 st clair west location at 1030 am when I ordered a junior burger combo to go, like I usually do. However Your Employee...
Mark, a philopeno or chinese man on shift decided that it was best to sabatage my meal bh doing something very unsanitary to my hamburger. Minutes after eating my hamburger I began throwing up for about ten straight minutes. Something was clearly done to my food, even while I was eating my food my hamburger tasted slimy for some reason as a continuously spat while trying to finish the meal that I paid for. After a few more bites I had to throw my entire meal out.
It was Mark your Harveys employee that threatened my health by intentionally tampering the meal I chose to pay for... I choose to support Harveys and this is what I get from that guy Mark, sickness??? As such, I have contacted a lawyer's office to pursue further action. Please do your do diligence and check your cameras and you will see what Mark did to my meal thinking he wouldhgwg away with it.
Please check the cameras for August Sunday 1 from 1030:1040am. I am most likely going to need this tape reviewed as well.
Mark will not get away with this. Thank you.

Probably for a long time, and don't think I will ever use harvesting again.

The kids had one bite of their hotdog and said yucky. I couldnt finish my hamburger it was so salty.

Very upset with onion ring quality.
The onion rings are not what they were in the past. My last two orders have been terrible.
Last evening's was the worst. One of my rings was a big blob of uncooked batter that took up a large amount of space in the container.
Very disappointing. If something has been changed then I would suggest going to back to previous supplier.

We waited 30 minutes for our meal at 9:45 PM, at the Harvey's on Sky Street in Fredericton. Nobody even spoke to us, they forgot our order.
This is the 2nd time this has happened here.

On the 18th of May we stayed in St Thomas, Ontario, it was a toss up between Harveys, and fish for dinner, We chose Harveys, we went to the restaurant ordered 2 Angus burgers and poutine, to go, we were less than a 5 minute drive back to our hotel, when we got there the food was stone cold, I mean not even warm, when I called the person was less than apologetic when I explained the situation, did not even offer to give us a new order, to say the least I am very disappointed, And when I tried to call customer service today I just kept getting a busy signal to needless to say, I never did speak to anyone

Poor customer service at the Petawawa Ontario store. They will not honor coupons
I will start by saying that Harveys is the only fast food burger that my sister and I will eat in our area. We live in a very small town and there are not a lot of choices but Harveys beats Wendys hands down in taste.
Now to get to my complaint.
I received a coupon through my email for a burger that was $1.65. Because I am a senior citizen, {71 years young}, and on a fixed income, I said to my sister that was a good deal and so we drove approximately 30 km to Petawawa burning a lot of gas to get the deal. When we arrived at Harveys I explained that we had a coupon for $1.65 burger. The young male that was there told us that they would not honour the coupon.
I asked to speak to the manager and he told me that the manager did not want to talk to me.
This is false advertising. I was disgusted that the manager sent his front staff in to do his dirty work. I look at this as poor customer service. I was a professional nurse for 30 years and I would have been fired if I sent my ancillary staff to take care of a family member.
I would like to be compensated for the 2 burgers that I did not receive due to poor management.
The coupon was good for April 1st to April 8th. The date I was at Harveys in Petawawa was April 1st.

We ordered 2 grilled chicken salads.
They didn't have the salad lettuce,and asked if we were okay with shredded lettuce. I agreed.
But we both noticed a bad taste, and we are both home sick today.
